Both cameras work with all the time-lapse programs. The Mitchell is good for all film formats. The Camiflex is lightwieght and allows quick change of magazines.

Our custom built computers control the cameras and up to three axis. For example Pan Tilt and Track or Pan Tilt and Zoom. The cameras can film from 2 frames a second to a frame every few hours. We have programs which can make the action speed up or slow down. The computers control the pan, tilt, zoom or track through up to 20 positions. Automatically ramping in and out of moves and calculates panning and tracking speeds.
An Astronomical program allows the camera to track the Sun from anywhere on Earth. Given the direction North, Longitude and Latitude and the Time the camera can lock on to the Sun. This means we can predict where dawn will be before dawn.
Exposure time is variable from 1/4 of a second upwards, allowing us to alter the structure of the picture by long exposure times. Waterfalls turn to gas. Moving car lights streak in the night.
